Paydiant was founded 2010 and is headquartered in Wellesley, Massachusetts. On March 2, 2015 it was announced that PayPal would acquire Paydiant.

Paydiant is a cloud-based white label mobile wallet that enables mobile payments, loyalty programs, specialized offers, ATM cash access, and other POS services.
