Exablox was founded 2010 and is headquartered in Mountain View, California. On January 19, 2017, it was announced that Exablox was going to merge with StorageCraft Technologies.

Exablox is a scale-out, cloud-based storage and and data management solution. Exablox offers scalable architecture and storage for virtual machines. As a result of their real-time storage, health monitoring, and global reporting, Exablox proactively identify and manage potential problems before they interfere with an enterprise's operations.

Exablox provides numerous solutions including virtualized environments, disk-based  backup target, home directories & file server consolidation, data management for litigation support, and digital asset management.
